Where are early careers roles based?
Roles are based at our operational locations, depending on the programme and position. This will be clearly stated when opportunities are advertised. A significant number of roles are based out of Metcor’s head office in Gravesend, Kent.
What is involved in Metcor Academy training?
The Metcor Academy is a rotational programme that combines on-the-job learning with an experienced engineer; classroom-based learning; and externally-accreditated training in safet working practices. You will be assessed throughout the programme, which lasts several months, and receive a formal certificate upon completion of the Academy.
Is work experience or a placement available at Metcor?
