Metcor Group completes acquisition of Drainage Consultants

Metcor Group, a leading provider of specialist maintenance services to the built environment, is delighted to announce the acquisition of Drainage Consultants Limited. Drainage Consultants is a leading provider of drainage, civils, pumps and pipeline solutions to clients in the commercial, industrial, and housing sectors in the North, Midlands and wider UK.

This investment will support Metcor’s efforts to create a truly differentiated national champion in commercial wastewater infrastructure maintenance services. With Metcor’s strong presence in the Southern UK, and Drainage Consultants’ presence in the North and Midlands, the strategic opportunity to strengthen each firm’s respective operations is clear. Metcor’s technology platform will provide IT, account management and governance capabilities that will benefit Drainage Consultants’ customers and employees alike and provide opportunities to broaden the service offering to Drainage Consultants’ clients across the UK.
