With extensive experience in engineering services, facilities management, and global technical operations, Paul, Metcor Electrical Managing Director supports Metcor Group’s commitment to delivering compliant electrical services for complex and regulated environments, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and critical infrastructure. 

Engineering Leadership with Global Experience 

Paul’s career spans military engineering, pharmaceutical automation, and large-scale electrical and facilities management services. After serving in the Royal Air Force as an Electrical Aeronautical Engineer, he moved into highly regulated sectors, delivering complex engineering solutions across the US and EMEA. 

He has since led major technical operations, including scaling a laboratory services business from £22 million to £175 million globally. Most recently, he grew a compliance services organisation to £54 million across the UK and Ireland, strengthening delivery in regulated environments and critical assets.
