HGV Drainage Engineer Sun-Thurs

We are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent, HGV Drainage Engineers to join the team.
The main purpose of this HGV Drainage Engineer role is to operate the HGV’s visiting various client sites within and around the area, conducting pre-planned maintenance and emergency response works.

Reporting to the Operations Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Operating an HGV tanker to carry out pre-planned maintenance works.
- Maintaining the vehicle and equipment to the best condition.
- Vacuum tanker operations and wastewater management.
- Adhering to all health and safety policies at all times, following safety protocols for HGV drainage tanker operation
- Working with an assistant, ensuring all information is fed back correctly to the office.
- Supporting the CCTV & Drainage teams supporting and facilitating Surveys, inspections and detailed investigation works.
The ideal candidate has experience in:
- At least a years’ experience in the drainage industry.
- Class 2 license minimum.
- Problem solving and attention to detail is a must
- Candidate must be flexible a role will include frequent staying away and night work (Once or twice per month – one week at a time)
- Experience working on commercials sites
- Good communication skills
