Announcing the Metcor Academy

We are pleased to announce the launch of the Metcor Academy. This is a one-year rotational programme for field-service specialists who want to go through accelerated training to gain certifications in a range of technical skills, and to advance their careers more rapidly.

We are currently launching this scheme at Metcor Environmental, before expanding it across the group. To be eligible for application, you should be an existing Metcor assistant or trainee engineer. Any new joiners will be eligible for the Academy upon completion of their six-month probation.

At Metcor, we have a long tradition of training and developing young people. Several of our senior managers and engineering supervisors begin life as apprentices or trainees at Metcor group companies. Now, as we continue to expand, we want to formalise our training as we help to build the next generation of field-service specialists.
