The Role

Have you got experience as a Client Relationship Manager or Account Manager within the drainage, property management, FM or M&E markets?

Do you possess the skills to maintain and increase revenue by delivering exceptional customer service?

We are currently searching for an experienced field-based Client Relationship Manager covering the North London, Home Counties up to East Midlands. We provide national reactive emergency coverage for a range of issues and technical diagnostic services, including drainage mapping, water testing, CCTV surveying, flows and loads analysis and site inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and building relationships with new clients.
  • Identify strategies for building strong client relationships.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with both existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Present quotes to clients, closing deals daily while gaining a thorough understanding of client budgets and project timelines.
  • Prioritise prompt responses to client emails and other communication,  ensuring they do not experience unnecessary delays.
  • Utilise sales skills to exceed targets and grow existing accounts by identifying additional services we can provide, requesting referrals to uncover new prospects, and cross selling services across the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain CRM pipelines daily, ensuring everything is accurately recorded and up to date.

The Person

  • Come from a drainage, property management, FM background.
  • An Account Management specialist or previous experience in a business development manager role.
  • Possess the ability to show initiative and identify sales opportunities.
  • Experience managing a large portfolio of clients and in a field-based position.
  • A full clean license is required for the role.
  • Proven success in exceeding KPI targets and contributing to the growth of sales.
