Sales and Marketing Coordinator
The Role

The main purpose of this role is to support the Sales and Marketing team by assisting with various tasks such tender pricing and writing, creating reports and presentations for meetings and being a point of contact for new enquiries. This can be an entry-level position for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator that offers career growth for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client facing documents and presentations for clients and the CRM team.
- Helping with charity events.
- Write an insider’s blog once a week on the industry and company services to increase SEO and LinkedIn.
- Support the Group Sales & Marketing Director and our PR agents with agreed tasks.
- Take a lead in the FM Tradeshow – staff training, pitch, freebies/email campaigns/product updates/presentations/client engagement – inviting to attend.
- Analyse web traffic data
- Ideas for brand growth/content creation/coordination and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Updating customers account plans, share of wallet and treasure maps with data from CRM team.
- Research and update competitor analysis data and creating SWOT analysis for each.
- Market research for lead generation from existing and for new clients.
- Managing new enquiries inbox.
- Support with tender pricing and writing.
- Creating reports and presentations for meetings.
- Scheduling and arranging team and client events.
- Other day to day tasks for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator such as event planning, content creation and marketing analytics.
- Office based contact for urgent data requirements for CRM team when on the road.
- Chase clients for aged quotes by email, trying to close them won.

The Person
- Ideally have a full UK license, however this is not essential.
- Have marketing experience or someone who has recently completed a marketing degree that is looking for a position as Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
- Have an understanding of engineering and even better, the drainage industry.
- Strong organisational skills and experience in a supporting role.
- Be ambitious and a self-starter.
- Possess the ability to bring fresh new ideas to the company to support business growth.
