Anglo-Pumps is looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Scheduler to join the PPM team.
The main purpose of this Service Scheduler role is to allocate engineering resource to each pre-planned maintenance job task, to address any amendments that may be required, follow-up with the engineers for pre-planned maintenance job completion ensuring all records are collated.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Scheduler duties such as daily communication with engineers.
- Allocation of engineers to the correct job and obtaining feedback at every opportunity.
- Provide the Operations Manager with weekly and monthly updates on KPI’s.
- Engaging with various stakeholders internally.
- Ensure that schedules comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Adhere to project timelines, task prioritisation and deadline tracking for operational efficiency.
- Provide strategies for handling scheduling conflicts and customer grievances.

The Person
- Have proven success with work scheduler management for engineers.
- Ability to use your own initiative and be self motivated.
- Technical background is heavily advantageous.
- Worked within a Mechanical/Electrical /FM/Construction or Service Contract industry.
- Understanding of work prioritisation and coordination.
